Have they taken care of the homeless there? Last time I was there we had a "incident" with some homeless folks who ended up going bye bye.

They have a VERY nice zoo!

Sea World is a great place too.

Nice pics. I lived in San Diego working at my Brother in law's company that was in Downtown at the time. I was living near the Airport at the time.

I rode my bike up there a lot. I never got to the zoo, last time I was at the zoo was in 1971 as a kid. I got burnt out on the sun in San Diego though. I took a lot of pics of Balboa Park because it had such neat architecture. The history of Balboa park is very interesting. I read a book about it.

All the trees have been planted it was a bunch of scrub brush before.

Thanks, we did enjoy ourselves. The weather was actually good the weekend that we went. Balboa park was nice.
