We got a flyer today from pep boys. They have a 6 gallon box of qsgb and it says $2.05 each.

So I called and asked if that's for the box and the girl said yes so I ordered 10 boxes.

Girl calls back and says that her manager thinks it's per qt although it says each right on the add.

So close to a great score!

This happened before at Pepe Boys and not two months ago. I put the order in and went for pick-up and was declined.

I called and the representative claimed dealing with this mislabeling/misposting was consuming her morning.

She gave me a discount coupon for my inconvenience.

We got a free Chipotle burrito last night because a 2 for 1 coupon rang in as 2 for 0.
The cashier didn't feel like fixing it, so we just paid for 2 sodas and our food was free.

I like it when they don't try to fix the consumer-friendly mistakes!

I had given up on Chipotle until they introduced Chorizo, theirs is pretty decent if not quite West Side of Chicago quality. My wife picked out about 1/3 of her chicken because it was gristly and nasty, I think I will probably be going there alone from now on (daughter already refuses to eat there).

Well I can't blame them, that's a major loss they would have taken. I agree $2.05 per quart is a very good price for any quality motor oil.

Amazon.com had "Sta-Bil Ethanol Treatment and Performance Enhancer" for $19.43 per case (6 x 1-quart bottles).
I knew this was the single quart price so I only bought one case, didn't want to feel too guilty.
Transaction was processed at the advertised price... an hour later the 6-quart case was listed as "out of stock."
The next day the 6-quart case was priced at $96. Would have bought more Ethanol treatment anyway and saved $77... YAY!
