Ok this thread has gone a lot farther then I thought would be allowed. This is great! I agree with just about everything Pablo has said. I do not know enough about the Mexicans to comment. I can only comment on what is around me and the majority of crime around me is definitely not Mexicans.
Now back to gun laws and everything does anyone notice that everyone of these mass killings by some crazy idiot is in a gun free zone? This was one of the best topics brought up in the Penn and Teller show. All the mass killings takes place in gun free zones such as schools, which you can't even legally have a gun in your car in that area even with a CWL. It is totally a problem of enforcement along with gangs and parents who should not be parents having more and more children. I could go on and on about this but I enjoy reading everyones comments about this. I just wish people would see that you can't control guns anyone that wants a gun could go out today or tonight and go buy one. It does not matter how many hoops you have to jump through. As long as there are gangs or whoever selling them on the streets or wherever people can just bypass our government in the process of buying a gun.

I suspect that the US crime rate has been higher than Europe, Japan, and Australia for a longer time than illegal immigration has been an issue.

I never said all crime is caused by Mexicans....Tony blurs Latino and Illegal aliens, something I was careful not to do......
Sure our crime is not because of the illegals....it's not that simple....it's a mish mash of nasty pop want it now culture, fatherless households, total lack of right and wrong, social and mental disease....we are too crowded and breeding like rats and the controls are barely there.

Understand me, I don't have my own little pet theory about why our crime is high compared to the other countries I mentioned. I really am wondering what the story is.
