You are actually closer to the truth than you think. I found it in the Base gas station (AAFES) where I'm stationed. The lady at the counter said it was a "forced order" meaning they had to put it on the shelves and make room for it. We don't have Value City down here. I got this for 2.29 a bottle. Probably a little more than it would have been if it was at a closeout place like Big Lots or Dollar General. I have checked many of the dollar store places around my town and none of them had anything I was interested in except some maxlife fuel system cleaner at BL for 2.50.
if you just emailed me I would send you some real additive with ZDDP at 20,000ppm or so

wow, 20,000 you say? well I'm afraid I'll need to burn through my stash of this stuff now. Does your add have seal swell like the CD2?
Bruces PCMO additive stuff is wonderful as you only need an ounce or two for a whole crankcase. Stuff is as thick as molasses, but that small amount in a crankcase has negligible effect on overall viscosity. The CD2 stuff will do though, just takes up more shelf space.
