Rush is putting out three new DVDs of their old concerts. I have been wishing for them to transfer "A Show of Hands" to DVD for years and now its happened plus two other concerts!!

I heard about this yesterday and was overjoyed: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...sr=11-1/ref=sr_11_1/104-8959233-4707966?n=130

I can't wait! Someone stole my Grace Under Pressure (and Johnathan Brandmeier) VHS tapes many moons ago when I had a party. It will be nice being able to watch those again.

And, finally, a audio CD of the G.U.P. show!

I wonder if the The Show of Hands video will have the live version of 'Lock & Key' like the 12" Laserdisc had?

There's rumblings that the band will release the 1997 tour and the remainder of the R30 show that was cut. www.2112.net/powerwindows then click on the news link.

I can't wait for new material, too. Hopefully by the beginning of next year we'll have a new CD in our hands.

Id rather listen to Tom Cruise than to Rush L. What an idiot that complaining jerk is... there are a million personalities out there more deserving of my time and attention.

Anyway, glad to hear about the DVDs, Im going to have to check them out!

I like both kinds of Rush, the band and the man.

Don't you mean the band and the bland?? (actually the "mouth that roared")

Never cared much for Rush as a youngster. I enjoy them much more now. I considered them YES para-clones with more intense instrumentals (not that YES wasn't intense-Rush just topped them in this dept). The short lived Star Castle was another.

That's COOOOOOOL! Can never have enough balls. Anyone know anything, the quick version as I don't have time to scan the websites, on new tour dates, next year I'm sure, and new album that they have been working on??
