This might be old news (we don't sell much RP as you can see by the dust on that 5W-20 jug) but RP has a new container design!

I like the modern and clean design of the label but I prefer the old jug because it had a handle on the side too. The new RP jug is very smooth plastic, good luck holding on to that with oily gloves!

I'd like to see a current voa on it. I remember the Synerlec version having alot of moly. If Walmart ever marks it down I'll definitely try it.

I don't have a VOA or UOA but the API SN version of RP is not like the Synerlec of old... you only get that in their other oils like HPS or HMX. I'll have a UOA of this oil next time I do an oil change in the Escape.

When I bought my delo for my truck store manager pricematched to Walmart which was way cheaper than retail, commercial, or employee price.

It is $12.50 more at my Walmart, are you saying M1 and Castrol are $39.99 at your Walmart? That's crazy, they are around $25.50 at mine, not on sale and that appears to be different than what your picture shows.

One wonders what you're supposed to get for that price differential.

Yeah, not everyone shops at AAP or Autozone. I use Rural King and Wal Mart

No I was saying pretty much all brands full synthetic at the parts store are regularly priced at about $40

Lagunitas IPA is decent. I'm sure there is better beer but around here it's readily available and it's actually a pleasant drink vs that nasty Bud Light stuff that tastes like [censored].

Anyone can walk into a 99 cent only store and buy Kendall GT-1 Max for 2.99 a quart. So RP is not competitive unless you like to burn money.

Ahha yeah the Amsoil method of making price comparisons.

Try a Blue Moon Winter Wheat, and use the extra 5 out of that $12 for a Steak&Egg burrito from Jack.

Checked Wal-Mart today. 5 quart jug of PP 22.97. This stuff is way overpriced. 42.99 at the same Wal-Mart.
