I searched but didn't find anything; my OEM car floor mats are in great condition except the rubber foam backing on back has aged and brittled and now slides instead of gripping to the floor carpet. I just hate to give MB dealer $200+ for a new set. Is there any kinda rubber spray I can use to restore them?

Rub all the crumbled foam off.
Get DuPont 77 (or is it 88?) spray adhesive.
Get scissors and possibly brown paper if you want to make a template.
Get rubber waffle carpet backing at a "home store".
I wouldn't've thought MB mats would age. How....common!

!B uses some soft sponge with a thin film rubber sheathing (possibly for sound deadning )The car is 06 and probably 90% time garaged only 120k Diesel miles, my 4th Benz have seen on both the E-class (TX sun) mats have gotten worn-out and brittled rubber foam.
So a waffle carpet backing would do it. The adhesive you mentioned could it be 3M 77?.
Spasm3 mentioned FlexSeal; I wrote them and after about 3 weeks they answered and said that they have not tried it for that application. I was wondering if FlexSeal would be oozing out or get sticky in TX sun.
Guys Voting time now. Both are great ideas. Opinion
