About a week ago I was mowing and I heard a horrible screeching sound . I shut the mower off and determined that it was a condenser fan motor making the noise . I keep a bottle of " Turbine Oil " in my shop and I pulled the fan out and oiled the motor . Problem solved . I took a picture of the motor nameplate while it was out so if it does fail I can just go find a replacement and swap it out without having to call the repair guy . I also keep a spare capacitor and contactor on the shelf too . Cheap insurance .
