So after working on the car I get oil on my hands naturally, and I accidentally touch the fenders and hood, and since my car has white paint it's really noticeable.
I tried regular water, soapy water, dishwasher, WD-40, but nothing removes it. Anyone got more experience it in?

Most paste waxes are petroleum based, maybe you could rub the panel with that. It'd be a petroleum product trying to cut greasy finger prints but at least it'd be a wax. I'm thinking along the lines of collinite 476 paste wax....
Just a thought.

I had this happen back in October when I had the 05 Matrix in the shop for some work. Most notably the intake manifold gasket, serpentine belt and new front brakes. Noticed black greasy hand marks on the front fenders. Used some Ultima waterless wash which I keep in the trunk area and an mf towel which took them right off.

As others have stated, I have also had good luck with isopropyl alcohol (will strip any wax that is on the paint tho) or pretty much any car wax product.
