Really? I know they cut it back to about three choices, but it was a nice throwback in Edmonton this past x-mas season to have the full choices (because we had one driver who insisted on Mickey Dee's... After we all traveled almost two thousand miles...

I get a MAC attack once per week so I know their menu here in Ontario pretty good.

(not proud of that)... No sub sandwiches on our menu's any more.

I noticed it as soon as they changed the cooking method for the fries at McDonald's up here, they just aren't the same anymore!

I recently had some McDonald's fries that they left in the cooker longer than usual though, and those were a lot better! So I might start asking them for "well done" fries from now on.

I think it has to do with the fact that they were cooked in Beef Fat before and the "Veggie people" got mad so they changed to an cooking oil that was Trans-Fat free all at the same time. I agree that well-done fries seem to be better, or when they're loaded with salt!

Where in Missisauga Patman? I used to live in Malton. (PM Me if you don't feel comfortable posting the area)

Best pizza out there, short of long established local joints.

Depending on how many beers I've had, I can down a chicken bacon artichoke pizza by myself

It's a french Canadian thing called Poutine (POO-TEEN), and it has hot gravy on cheese curds on fries and it is delicious... You know for a country that likes FAST food I can't imagine why you don't have it, it's greasy, cheesy and delicious all in one... mmmm

Never heard of it... Now PAPA-JOHNS is very good Pizza, I always have this when I visit my friends in Kentucky. We get the BBQ pizza and it's the best Pizza I have had next to the one I had when I was in NAPLES, ITALY. Sorry a little biased because I'm 50% Italian

I live just off Derry Road, between Creditview and Mavis. I take Derry road all the way to the 427 every morning on my way to work, so I pass through Malton every day (it's pretty scary there now, lots of shootings lately near Airport and Derry road!!)

Yup that's why I moved 3 years ago to beautiful Binbrook near Stoney Creek up on the mountain.

I grew up in Malton in the 80's and 90's and it was a cool place to live, lots of europeans and it was a great "community" feeling.

I know the area where you are, one of my friends who is now my co-worker lives on Britannia near Streetsville.

We do it cuz it tastes awesome! They just don't sell gravy at McDonald's here, and I'm not sure if their fries would be that good with gravy (I like their fries plain, with just a little bit of salt and no ketchup)

I know that you guys in the US don't usually put gravy on your fries but you really gotta try it! It's great! There is a place not too far from my house which sells amazing fries and gravy! It's called Sonny's, and when you go there it's like going back in time, it's an old fashioned drive up type restaurant that really hasn't changed anything since the 60s! Their fries are still fresh cut on site, and the gravy is just awesome! For anyone in the area, if you want to check the place out, it's in Brampton, near the corner of Kennedy and Queen Street. I've been craving their fries and gravy for a few weeks now, I gotta go there soon or I'm gonna explode!

Sonny's is great... Have you ever had breakfast across from the Chrysler warehouse in Mississauga at Skyway Jacks? Great food and they are only open for Breakfast/Lunch!

There is also a good Fish/Chip place in Brampton near Queen/Kennedy that has a special on Thursday, Friday's $5.50 + tax for Halibut & Chips.

I pass through there whenever I go drag racing at Cayuga, Binbrook looks like a nice little town!

I lived in Streetsville from the time I was born until I was 6 years old, and I still drive through there at least once a week. It's a great little town!
