We are slowly using up PROTEC BY WIX filth at work. This one has a silicone ADBV and wix date code format. Louvers looking very shoddy. NO, I won’t use this on anything I care about or service.

I see some louvers that look closed but by the time you take a screwdriver to pry them open a person might as well just send it back to the company for replacement or refund if available. I see now what you're talking about the no go on the Protec's.

You can thank “MADE IN MEXICO” for the construction. Current ones are made in China as of August 2
