Post your Gas Mileage : Calculated

Filled up the 2003 Civic EX 1.7 today. Last fill up was exactly 2 weeks ago. Drove 336.2 miles in that time and used 11.439 gals for an average of 29.4 mpg. My driving is a mix of local and highway, but keep in mind I almost never drive more than 15 miles in one direction. Typical drive is ~5 miles with about 3.5 of those miles on a 60 MPH bypass.

HAH, 679 miles on 15 gallons, so 45.3 mpg.
I had splashed in 3 gallons last Thursday in anticipation of a weekend trip and filled it today, with it taking 12 gallons.
This tank was around 70% highway.
Since I retired I haven't seen the 50+ summer mpg I'd become accustomed to seeing.
Apparently my commute of around fifty miles round trip brought better fuel economy than what I'm seeing now.
Not a good enough reason to return, though.
I'm also too lazy to type out Honda Accord Hybrid.
