Some do and some don't. I had a 2015 Challenger with the 5.7L Hemi. The clatter on cold start up was so bad I could not stand it. Traded the car with only 1,300 miles on the clock. The 5.7L in my Ram and the 6.4L in my Charger never clatter on start up no matter how long they sit.

I just listened to your video again (on my computer this time,the first time was on my phone) and I think your engine sounds perfect. I don't hear anything abnormal at all,just the motion of he engine's internals spinning and the fuel injectors clicking,which they're supposed to due,nature of the beast.
