Links to other pict/self sites are OK for pictures BUT:
An UPLOADABLE pict forum here is better. Especially for us weasels in compromising positions that have viewable items, yet no where legal to post it....

you "weasels" should check out http://www.photobucket.com it's a great free spot for eBay pics, forum pics, etc. You upload through your browser and it gives you HTML or UBB code you can cut & paste right into your musings. There are others I found in a google search but they want you to run spyware on your PC ("Uploader program") etc.
Properly sized, under 800 pixels wide for most folks, a pic will fit on screen without horizontal scrollbars In HTML (unsure about UBB) you can add a tag like width =90% which will resize it to fit EVERY screen on a percentage basis.
You people with 5 megapixel cameras should resize in photoshop to a comfortable level of detail.
I love pictures of other cars (and oil shrines), so have at it however you implement it!

We can fix that problem, but then it creates other problems. So the bottom line is do we want a Photo Forum or just go as we are? I am more than open on this.
Oh ok....I dont think a photo forum is necessary.
Rarely are the pictures that large. And the rare ones only create a minor annoyance. Hopefully people can just try to size their pictures reasonably, so everything can be kept in an applicable forum.

When a photo is posted with a forum topic it makes the page to wide to read in most cases. Does anyone want a Photo Forum where you can post pictures of your favorite ride, or pics of you oil filter, engine valve train etc. Then when you post you can link to your picture. The smaller pictures are no problem, it is the larger ones that are causing the headache.
One of our members Blokey suggested a forum to post pictures. We will keep the photo forum unless it slows down our system. At this point we are as fast as we will get.

Just to clear the air, I am not Spanish and barely learned "un pequeño"-- "el jefino" was a "pet handle" given to me that seems to have stuck. It loosely translates into "little boss" though "jefito" is better grammatically.
