So I've heard about it on here a few times, but never thought it would happen to me. I had to run out to the gas station earlier to pick up some AA batteries. I was in tehre for maybe 3 minutes. I come out, and someone STOLE my driver side windshield wiper blade! I couldn't believe it! It was a $18 blade too. Stupid, stupid people. I asked the people at the pumps, they all kinda shrugged and went in that I don't care what, I dunno... I HATE people. /end rant

Why would someone steal a windshield washer blade? In the hopes it fits their car?

Most of the time most blades are universal today so all the other owner has to do is snap the adapter off his old blade and onto the one he stole.
I think we're just seeing the beginnings of how desperate the economy is going to become in the US in the future...

I have had my complete headlight unit stolen off my "86 jetta while parked for a few minutes..it happens

Someone on another website I visit had this happen recently and they caught the person in the act. Hope it's not some new fad.
Its nothing new... unfortunately, events like this have been happening for years and at some unlikely locations.
Worst Ive had is someone hocked a big loogy on the rear window. Because a Chrome-trimmed CV LX with 18" Mustang wheels and racing stickers must be a cop car.

Sorry part is that the decline of Western civilization is tangible in such a big way over the past 25 years or so, I'm not that old yet I have seen the rapid increase of lack of respect for others. It's shocking really!

Thats funny. If it happened to me i dont know if i would be [censored] or like [censored] because of the shock of what just happened.
