I wish I could remember how binary numbers work.

You go first. Take two pearls from the shortest row, then let the creepy dude choose. Take three pearls from the longest row, then let the creep choose. Next, take one pearl from the smallest row and let the creep take his pick. Finally, take two pearls from the largest row, and there will be one pearl left for the creep. You win, he loses.
