Anyone have any experience with Peak motor oils? They also offer a synthetic. Both their conventional and synthetic are a little cheaper then the big brands, but I haven't met anyone whos tried them.

I tried Peak Synthetic once. It ran a little rough. The UOA's of it around here show a less than average result.

I don't know much about their conventional but I think it would be fine for 3-5k oci's.

I had FAR 20 quarts Peak conventional 5W30 along with 4 Proline oil filters few years ago, I used it in my LS400 and S2000. They are okay, I could not tell the difference between Peak and major brands when driving either car.

I've run it. I used to run QS, Pennzoil, and PEAK exclusively. IDK why. Danica Patrick is a babe, shes more eye candy than Mark Martin, Junior, or Gordon (Guys on the QS Bottles)...

you can get 10 qts (two pack of 5+ qt jugs) at Sams club here for 16.99, cant beat it esp when 5+ qt jugs here at AAP and AZ are 19.99 or 21.99

Run it. My truck liked it. Seems to run quieter on QS or Peak TBCH. This NGML is working miracles too.

I was kind of thinking that myself, but since Peak is kind of a name brand rather then a house brand I wasn't quite sure. Usually when I see the brand Peak I think of antifreeze so when I saw their oil it peaked my interest. (Ok that was a bad one I know!)

Thanks for the replies guys!
