Video is wrong on so many accounts, especially the one about removing fuses. Most modules take 5 -20 minutes to enter sleep mode and pulling and replacing fuses just wakes them up giving misleading results. The proper test is for voltage drop across the installed fuse.

Voltage drop across the fuse is not consider a proper test either.
