What are youn's opinion on these two....

Fram AIR filters are fine. I would choose from the 2 above based on price and convenience. There is probably not a whole lot of difference between the 2 on performance.
 
Looks like the filter for Chevy trucks(~98). I use on my car for a high flow filter. AC makes a high capacity model that has more material too. I still steer clear of Fram, last weekend I spent 1/2 hour changing a fuel filter because frame added an extra hose that made it much harder to replace.(the filter was also plastic)
