Just had the other night, grilled salmon w/asparagus & brown rice. A small side salad(spring mix) w/ evoo/balsamic dressing(my own mix). One of my favorite dishes.

Try this with a Guinness!

Our kitchen had been out of commission for some time, and finally after a bunch of work travel, and a number of weekend getaways in a row, Ive gotten back to cooking something... Wild caught salmon was the choice, and I remembered this thread...

Heated the butter:

It was a long piece... Enough for 2.5 dinners (our two year old eats anything we ask), and at least a lunch...

With some seasoned rice and brussels sprouts... one of my favorite vegetables.

Still need to try Old Bay on salmon...

I love salmon, especially wild caught salmon, I can finish the larger piece in 1 dinner.

A simple cooking such as pan fried salmon with butter is probably 1 of the best dish 1 can make in no time.
