P 135 code oxygen sensor heater element

Check the simple things first; I had an O2 heater code a few years back and the issue was a corroded fuse terminal. Cleaned it up and hasn't come back since.

I replaced the o2 sensor with a cheap one off eBay. Now I'm getting a 133 code slow o2 response. Looking at the data I don't see it going over .62 v. The others cycle between .1 and .9

I guess I'll have to go to AZ and pick up a denso for 50 bucks.
