Have you seen this stuff? Its awesome. Going to have it done on my car. Lasts the life of the car. And no waxing or maintenance.

Saw a car that had it done and it was mirror finish mint. Very impressive.

2.0 is one of the best coatings available. I put it on each of my kid's cars last summer. Easy to clean, dirt doesn't stick to as compared to sealants and waxes. Just make sure the car is compound/polished very well because the coating has no filling capability, just very glossy. OID (optimum instant detailing) as a drying agent and your car will look like its was just waxed. Check out auto geek.net or any of the detailing forums as there are extensive write ups on 2.0 for going on for the last few years.

Are you going to do it yourself? I understand a car needs a full paint correction and must be in excellent condition for it to be 'ready' for Opti coat

It does not last the life of the car. The projected life is 3-5 years even though they say "unlimited". Not knocking, it is a superior product. It is imperative the surface be perfect prior to applying it.
