I agree. I would like to find a study where they compared processed food to natural/organic food by examining the stool of the participants. Yeah, that sounds gross, but there's a reason healthy people have fewer gastrointenstinal problems. Eating the same amount and kinds of food, I also bet the ornanic/natural diet would have far less stool to begin with.

Sorry, didn't word that very well.... But you know what I mean... Eat a "German" breakfast, follow up with McDonald's for lunch, and then BBQ ribs and Chili for dinner. Tell us how you feel that night and next day. :-p
