I doubt I am. I have an Elantra, Made in 1996.

Who here drive the oldest car that is used as an everyday driver? A car you put MAJORITY of your miles on? I wanna know. I think someone on here was driving a 1990 Honda Accord.

Your not even close. Out here where Cars don't rust people drive them until The wheels fall off. Every day I see the same old cars on the road. I see a 65 chevelle,a 58 or 59 elcamino, lots of old cars still dd here. My 73 international was my dd until June 02 and I still drive it anywhere I need.

Some old lady still drives her old school 1980's Monte Carlo as her daily driver. I don't know how many miles are one them but I'm assuming it's low because all she does is drive to work and back and never goes out.

I drive 1000-2000 work-related miles every month. Depending on my mood I take either my 1975 '02 or 1995 Club Sport- if there is no ice, snow, or salt on the roads. If that's the case I take my 2007 Mazda beater.

'66 Mustang is my daily ride; same engine rebuilt by an engine wizard in late '09. My son drives '99 Honda, wife a '00 Windstar. The '63 Ford is the backup when I'm working on the Mustang; e.g., upcoming disc brake upgrade. Other son has a '90 Accord as his only car. No sweat. They're all ready to drive across the country.

That would be my '78 Granada driven 92 miles each day. My current backup is still my '70 Newport.

It is! Lol. I can show you cars under 10 years old with more rust then should be legal... bottom of doors gone! Vans with the lift gates with holes and rust stains on the bumpers, hoods, fenders, wheel wells, floor pans, brake lines, exhaust, trunk all rusted, top is faded paint and cloudy headlights........ unreal what 10 years will do to a car in the n/e...

I drive a 1973 Chevy K20 pickup every day. The engine isn't original but it's older than the truck. Everything else is original, body has no rust. There's only one spot on the tailgate about the size of a quarter. Nearing almost 57,000 miles!

77 IH Scout as a daily driver.
Had a 67 lemans a few years ago that was a daily driver. best car i ever owned. Funny thing is I have had more problems with newer cars. Imagine that.

I drive a 1976 Chevy Chevette Rally 1.6 75 miles each day and from New Jersey to Arizona and back twice a year. The car has 668,000 miles on the clock.

I'm lying.

My 1991 Grand Marquis is driven daily in the winter. Anybody can keep a car on the road for decades in the South and West. I think 23 years for a car in the rust belt is quite an accomplishment.
