Oil flush after head gasket replacement?

We’re replacing the head gasket on my son’s 01 5.9 Cummins. Machine shop planed head, new guides, touched up the valves.
Looking for an oil to run through to “flush” things out. I was thinking about Rotella T4 mostly based on price. Run it for a few hundred miles and then dump it a long with the filter and then switch back to synthetic.
Any other relatively economical ideas?

Even the cheapest oil will work for this purpose.

If you feel the need to do this (I don't), cheapest oil you can find would suffice.

Sure, put the T4 in it and idle it through a couple of heat cycles, no need to drive it for the purposes you desire.
