I use autozone free stickers, Blackstone test stickers and also keep a note on all service , gas on a $3 staples book for auto records.
I have them back to 1991 and they are handy when you looking for last year you bought tires, shocks, did the timing belt, coolant changes and
are going to make your car more saleable than relying on stickers that you just throw away.

I put down the actual change date/ mileage on the sticker rather than next service.

If the above suggestions fail, I've heard they are available on eBay. I've yet to see any free ones at AutoZone stores near me (unfortunately)...YMMV.

I have found these stickers in both Autozone and O'Reilly's. Some stores have them out next to the oil filters, in others you have to ask for them.

Yep both autozone and discount auto parts has them. Recently they put them behind the counter thought. Just ask for some next time your there.

In my Scion, I can set the maintenance lights to come on at the mileage I choose - so for oil, it's on 3k miles

I just bought 1000 stickers from hellshopsupplies.com for $40 plus shipping and tax. About $46.

I liked them better than the others because it was mostly just blank space and I can write what I want. They should last me forever and I'll never have to ask at Autozone again or find any again. Worth the money to me. I did find them cheaper somewhere else by searching the internet but I did not like their stickers since it only left room to write the date and mileage.

I got the pennzoil stickers from ebay too! I think someone might have been 'embezzling' them though.

Napa sells them in a pre-packaged book of 200 for $7. Carquest sells the same amount for $4. Ebay always has them with no particular name on them. However I recently bought 120 Pennzoil stickers for about $11 or so on Ebay.

So of course, now I have to buy only Pennzoil.

So does that mean that the windshield will get sludged up too?

I have searched the web and found a few for business only type ! I am looking for personal use stickers ! Like the ones used by shops , but plan , simple , and cheap in price ! One that you can write on ! Thanks

Get yourself a roll of clear tape and a permanate marker. Lasts forever.

I actually keep an automotive log book for repairs and maintenance (I have five vehicles). I write down the vehicle, date, and what was done (i.e. oil change, brakes,etc...). You can pick one up at Staples.
