I use autozone free stickers, Blackstone test stickers and also keep a note on all service , gas on a $3 staples book for auto records.
I have them back to 1991 and they are handy when you looking for last year you bought tires, shocks, did the timing belt, coolant changes and
are going to make your car more saleable than relying on stickers that you just throw away.
I put down the actual change date/ mileage on the sticker rather than next service.
