Then the picks, the star thing on the nipple, I thought it was a set-up.

If it's a genuine accident, then it should just go away.
If it was planned, in any way, then it was against the broadcasting standards, and wrong. And there should be action, but not litigation from the public.
The lady who made the costume stated that the "cups" of the leather dress were rivetted on.
