I still have hard time decise, between OEM transmission filter or other ( pro-king ). Im drop pan and change filter 1 a years, what is good brand name auto transmission filter available ? thanks

I would go with an OEM filter. They are designed for certian Micron ratings and flow rates as specified by your vehicle MFG.

It's more expensive, but it's a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things and to keep your transmission humming along.

"Some" aftermarket brands IMO aren't of top quality and may be worse than not changing it at all.

I've always used Meyle, but I have no idea if your vehicle would be serviced by them. The OEM is always the easiest choice, as you don't have to worry about screwing up.

Well, since most people neglect their transmissions just the fact that you change it will be an improvement. But I think Napa and Carquest sell quality filters.

Good point. I seem to get a Puro or a Wix cause it's easy to add to an on line Rock Auto purchase. Certainly nothing wrong with getting OEM though.
