New truck

I wasn't going to buy one until this summer, but $16,500 off sticker made me change my mind. Plus I like the 2018 so much better than the 2019s. I've never had a 4x4 before, so I'm excited about that! I got the 5.3L.

Just wanted to share since I've been asking questions over the last year.

They all do that. I was told by an Engineer for another company, it's placed there to avoid interfering with racks, campers, canopies, etc.

Same on our Tahoe (has racks) and truck ... reckon it makes the cable run shorter too ...
