New napa spin flow filters

I started seeing these comercials last week but have found very little about them. All i can find is that they combine the bypass and full flow together [i think] and it filters in a spining action.

Anyone know if this is a gimmick or does it really work and that much better than standard supertech or other the like filters?

I've seen those same commericals. A few weeks ago someone posted that they are cheaper than the NAPA Gold. Therefore, I wonder how good they really are.

My take is that they are better than the NAPA Silvers but not as good as the Gold. I can also buy a Nextel phone just like the one I have but with my favorite NASCAR driver on it for, like, $200 more.

They were similar to the Gold, but a different element and a plastic "spinner" to direct the flow. I have pics, but my site is down right now.
