Very light weight for the power.
You can watch the vid at bottom to see how this one runs. Pistons are inside a donut shaped cylinder and go round and round and round in a circle. No valves.

With 40 times higher power-to-weight ratio, low parts count (only 15 moving parts), low maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, and low pollution, the MYT Engine is poised to benefit pretty much any engine application, from ships to small generators. The MYT Engine as a pump/compressor also exceeds existing pumps/compressors in providing massive pressure, volume, and flow, all in one unit.

Russians may have taken this idea and are going to be building the engine for cars, boats, planes

Curved cylindrical piston engine ideas have been around in the past. So the idea is already out there.
So did the Russians just beat the inventor to first production?
and does he have a legitimate prior art claim?

I see one video of the unit operating at 70 rpm on compressed air. I think he has a ways to go. Seems like centrifugal forces would get large as rpm's increase. Needs something that actually runs on fuel before he makes these claims. Nice mock-ups though.

This type of engine has the same problem that rotary / wankel engine has. The seal lubrication would be difficult and not durable, and lower (compare to pent roof) compression ratio.

Instead of apex seal, it would rely on the o-ring to seal the combustion chamber. Without lubrication it is very difficult to seal it well and while you get high power to weight ratio it is not high in fuel efficiency.

To keep intake and exhaust valve away from the seal, you will also have low compression ratio or breathing problem.

Seals kill it like Panda said, and don't forget the great big one around the inside of the donut where the "conrods" live.

No way can they claim that a simple change of arrangement offers 150MPG
