Brian you still have your saabs ? I have RL 0w40 in right now, I must say it has quiet down my lifter noise a little, cant wait for the UOA.

It is not the size that matters, but how much of a deal you get.

It used to be that if you pay attention, you could get free oil all the time (including synthetic). Not anymore though.

I'm temporarily SAAB-less. The wife was driving my V and that's what got me driving SAABs. We traded the 9-5 on the Odyssey, though. So after all my fears, I put 100k on that car post-sludge discovery without a hiccup from the engine! Hopefully SAAB will stay around long enough for me to buy a new one soon! But I'm gonna get my use out of the CR-V first. It's only 7 yrs old w/ 107k miles on it. Just barely broken in in Honda terms!

I am loving the new RL 0w40, mind you this is the first time I have run RL. The car just seems a little smoother, and lifter noise is definently quieter. Ill have a UOA come Juneish.

Where did you get RL 0W-40 in Ontario?

Im in Ottawa and got it from a local speed shop.
