First of all, I love shocking, surprising humor. Second, I can completely understand this guy's frustration with people who speed through his neighborhood, whether in their hotshot boy-racer monochrome aero-added cars, or in any other vehicle. Third, it's delightful to see that the above two points appear to be universal, across cultural lines.
I love it, I get it and so do lots of others.
And, I think it's okay to not like it or get it, too.
