In the SuperTech Jug: 0.5qt SuperTech 10w30 & 0.5qt Pennzoil HM 5w30 Pennzoil Syncromesh: I have probably 0.8qt left Redline MTL: About 0.4qt left Mobil 1 5w-20: About 0.5qt
The fluids have been left in my cold garage until last week.

Im gonna change the MTX fluid on my Civic and i want to either use these fluid or pitch them, gonna do it every 30k/3yr. So basically since the fluid has likely never been changed im gonna pour some in with the drain open to rinse and metals out. I am planning on filling with the Syncromesh and MTL, then topping off with either the SuperTech jug or the Mobil 1 (whichever i dont rinse with) Which do you guys think i should rinse with? And are they still good for use after sitting so long in the cold?

EDIT: Or maybe i should quit being a cheap [censored] and just fill the transmission with these oils to rinse it. Go run some errands, then come back and fill with Honda MTF ($7.50/qt)

What. Your calculator can't figure this out for ya?
All kidding aside if your transmission is sensitive(see dodge)then I wouldn't risk it however some transmissions can use vegetable oil and be fine.
Is your transmission sensitive and how broke are ya. Do the benefits outweigh the risks?

Its a 5-speed Honda transmission lol they arent sensitive. Now the 6-speed transmissions on the other hand require a little finesse. Im not broke lol.

How about for the fill, i use the rest of the Redline (cant let that go to waste at $15/qt lol) and then fill the rest with Honda MTF. Will the mineral MTF and ester gear oil be OK together?

I'm not familiar with the compatability of the fluids however, if it was my car I would make a cocktail with the Pennzoil, Redline and the Mobil 1. Just my 2c.

They will mix just fine.

AT least you will get some proper friction modifier in there from the PZ and MTL. The viscosity should be around 9.X cSt.

I would only use this mix as a temporary fill.

Why just a temporary fill? I was thinking i could just dump the SuperTech, Pennzoil and M1 oils in with the drain plug open to rinse it out. Fill it up with the Redline (0.4qt) and the Honda MTF (1.2qt). At 175k miles, the fluid has never been changed, there is bound to be alot of metal.

We changed my buddies IS300 MTX fluid and the oil was actually sparkling silver there was so much metal in it. That had 120k miles, never been changed.

You don't want to use motor oil unless it's a "get home" fix after a leak or something. It will shift poorly and not protect like a proper MTF. Use Honda redline or amsoil mtf and your 5 speed will thank you.

A while back the trans on my Ranger was on the way out. Lots of noise and poor shifting (damage done by an exploding pilot bearing). I put in M1HM 10W30 plus some FP10 gun oil for some EP.

It shifted better than I thought it would (in the gears that still shifted OK) and lasted a good year and half before I finally replaced the trans. The trans never died, but a least 2 of the synchros were shot.

I don't think I would make a cocktail like the one above unless it was absolutely necessary.
