Motul Gear 300 & HPL Differential Life 75W-90 VOA comparison!

The Spicer product actually extends the axle warrantee on big rigs:

I found the PDF https://www.oil-club.ru/forum/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=82109 which has a few points
Properties Unit Typical Value Method
SAE class 75W-90 SAE J 306

Isn’t it kind of odd though that they only extend the warranty for linehaul (essentially highway-only) applications, and only for semis, and only when used on their differential carriers/gearsets?

Did oilclub.ru happen to do HTHS testing? That would be most revealing.

I read the TRAXON pdf
https://www.petrochem.dk/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/PCL-Lubricant-handbook_Brochure.pdf
which maybe hints at how
TRAXON™ Synthetic 75W-85 offers equipment the same remarkable performance as TRAXON Synthetic 75W-90 with gains in efficiency due to a reduced viscous drag at elevated temperatures. ... Since early 2015, TRAXON E Synthetic 75W-90 has demonstrated up to1.5%* fuel efficiency benefits over the previous formulation
I would also assume that Spicer does not make their own oils.

🤷‍♂️ although it is their main product line I'd guess, vs pickups which are considered disposable anyway

No idea, it was the only place I found the PDF since the Spicer website link is broken

I did search at https://www.oil-club.ru/forum with no further results. A lot of Spicer Premium Synthetic Grease discussion.

Not many good options for MT subie owners (and a few porche owners, iirc.) Thanks for the post @SubieRubyRoo
I would consider these two to be the only two that are sure to be formulated with appropriate FM for synchronized transmissions and to have a GL-5 rating for the hypoid differential.
What about Ravenol VST?
