motul 300v 10w40

I can get at cost though my work and was wondering if I can put 10w40 in my 91 civic. currently it's got 10w30 Amsoil XL and i'm due for a change soon.

will this cause any problems or should I be fine?

You could use it. It wont blow up your motor.

I would opt for a 5w30 or 10w30 if you could get it.
