IMO, if it has the same PSI rating as the AC-DELCO filter, I don't see the problem using it. Besides, the NG is an excellent oil filter, IMHO.
MA, are those cops still strict about the speed limit down there? Did you know that Golden Meadow made the AAA top 3 list as the town to avoid because of speed traps?

There is a town in Louisiana called Golden Meadow. It is on the way down to Grand Isle where there is a lot of great fishing and the ports for the oil industry. They will write you for 1 over. There is another town in Louisiana called Patterson, they have a State trooper that is notorious for sitting where the road comes down a hill from a bridge and the speed limit changes right at the bottom. He will write you for 1 over also.
Rosendale, WI is so well known for their corrupt speed traps that the gas station downtown has t-shirts for sale mocking tourists that get ticketed. It used to be the only route from Green Bay/Appleton to Madison, but the state eventually constructed a 4 lane highway around the town as a big F-you. Everyone that's been through there wishes that the businesses would go belly up because of the police department's treatment of tourists.
