The 2022 RX 450H is the last model year of the 4th gen, and has V6 3.5L 2GR-FXS, this report is from the 2022 model. The 2023 Rx 350H and Rx 450H+ are 5th gen, and have the 2.5L A25A-FXS. Not sure how much that changes the report.

The GF drives this car. Her driving is a 8 mile commute to work and back and mostly around town. Every few weeks she'll drive ~350 miles x 2, and we did one road trip of 2.2k miles over a week on this OCI. Oil was changed in April and run through November.

What do you guys think of this OCI and report? Anyone have a good 2GR-FXS to compair to?

Iron and Aluminium indicate short trips. I am not sure about oxidation, whether the oil thickened back. I would expect short trips to drop in viscosity and then thicken back.
I personally, in a vehicle like that, would run 5k OCI.

Looks good. Break in metals. Itsa Hybrid, so the ICE is not, always under load. Stay with the 0w-20.

With the mileage & short trips your samples are showing a higher level of wear metals but I don't think its much to get concerned about. You might still see a wear metal reduction in future samples until it levels out. You did good.

This engine is still shedding break in materials, toyota's tend to shed for awhile as seen in previous UOAs here. Nothing to be concerned about and looks great.

Yeah does anyone out there have a reading from a V6 3.5L 2GR-FXS car? It should be in all the Lexus Rx 450h 4th gens and a bunch of Toyota highlanders.

The TBN at 10K mikes is excellent for a short tripper ! Normally you would see a TBN like this for a highway only vehicle.
