this is a filter that has been put through WVO during anywhere between 10000-26000 kilometers, I lost track. replaced it because restriction was causing my saddle tank system to starve fuel at half tank due to low return feed pressure, while not having performance issue at high load high rpm.

Nice filter quality and photos.

I really wish all vehicles had an inline filter that was outside of fuel tank that could be easily replaced.

Purflux CS435A went on, I'll be cutting it open when replacing too. Worth noting that Purflux is now having white boxes with stickers when coming from Sogefi South Africa, so I'm curious if they even kept the chevron-pleated media in. We'll see. from the exterior it doesn't look quality as I used to get from Purflux or any Sogefi brand, and definitely the Mecafilter (division of Lautrette) looks better.

I let the WVO settle for at least one week, and filter using an Intex inflatable pool cartridge filter. It's a Dacron paper media claimed for 20 micron filtration.
