Marine Grease compatibility + a couple of questions

Hi - I recently purchased a new boat trailer. The manufacturer stated they use Amalie Elixir Synthetic Blend Calcium Sulfonate grease on the new wheel bearings. I've never heard of this brand. I was planning to use Lucas Marine grease which is labeled as a calcium sulfonate grease, just because it is much easier for me to buy..

Would there be any compatibility issues with the Lucas grease?
How often would you recommend greasing a boat trailer's hubs that is used approx. once a week, mix salt and fresh, during a 6 month summer season?
Would the Lucas Marine grease be good for the lube points on an outboard?

Amalie has been around since sand was rocks. You can that grease on Amazon if it's not available locally.
