Some engines Amsoil doesn't even recommend 10K!

Pretty much any of the above if most of the driving is highway. Lean toward one in the higher 30, lower 40 viscosity range.

You've got five sisters and one ringer.
RL is a far more costly oil than any of the others, and in the right high-heat application, would surely be the best.
For the average daily driver, all of the others have shown good results in UOAs on this site.
