LS1 Lifters and Oil Viscosity

Not that I had any heavily modified LS1s, but I always ran German Castrol 0w30 and Mobil 1 0w40. I started with the usual Mobil 1 5w30, but for whatever reason I found the top end to be a bit more noisy on the 5w30. Not exactly scientific.
