Looking to upgrade the bulbs in the low beam projector headlights in my 2018 Santa Fe Sport.

Tried Osram Night Breaker HB3 60W bulbs, but the output seems poor.

Alignment is OK.

Want to stick to HB3 60W bulbs.

Thanks.

You can try the Philips Xtreme Vision or the GE Nighthawk Xenon. They are the only ones that might be better than the Night Breakers in the HB3 60W (aka 9005)

You can search around that forum if you'd like but here: Halogen Upgrade Guide
Shows you how to modify other bulbs with more lumens to your projector.
If you'd like you can modify a HIR1 9011 to fit the HB3 projector, just an example: Philips 9011 HIR Standard Halogen Replacement Headlight Bulb, 1 Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00480J5CW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_H6BMBbRHNNH4J

If not these should be some of the best you can get in that size Philips VisionPlus Upgrade Headlight Bulb with up to 60% More Vision, 2 Count - 9005VPB2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U1OLG6W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ybCMBbE2RVYAZ

Just stay away from coated bulbs/"Xenon" halogens

+1 on the 9011 mod. The stock 9005 (HB3) bulbs were pitiful on my Elantra and this mod improved the output. Those overdriven bulbs won't give more lumens but the 9011's will.

Since you have projectors many aftermarket LED lights off Amazon work well with projectors"good beam output". Just make sure you order "headlights" I see reviews people bad mouthing the seller or bulbs meanwhile they ordered fog bulbs or lower output driving bulbs.
