Tried this as my fuel treatment this weekend. Never have seen this one before, picked it up at AutoZone and passed the Techron concentrate. Anybody know what the formulation is and if it is considered to be effective as other like redline etc.? Filled with 93 octane after adding the can.

The bottle has a nice "spout" that makes it spill proof when adding and the canister is metal.

Why not just use Shell or Exxon hi-test. Both are sold as having very high levels of detergents, etc. Ran a few tanks of one and go back to regular or mid-grade for a time. Probably cheaper.

It's over 60% naptha by weight. MSDS doesn't say how much PEA is in it. So absent that information I would guess it;s a run of the mill cleaner.
Redline confirmed 30-50% PEA.

There was a video posted that made it seem like it did contain PEA.
Also, Chevron Techron no longer claims PEA on MSDS.
But either way I agree, pass on this. Other good ones more readily available.

Pretty "vanilla" right? Nothing here that stands out and above correct?
Correct.
However the msds is not meant as a full ingredients list.

I'd like to believe there is more to this product, but the technical data sheets aren't very informative and the msds doesn't shed any further light on it.

Just put this in the tank.

I remember using it in the 90's when going to a local Sunoco station as they stocked it as something different. It seemed exotic and it was German so why not? But the place changed hands and has long been a restaurant (now a Thai place). It's seems to have become more available lately but not sure it is any better than Techron or Gumout...

Interesting. It was supposedly "formulated for CIS injection". I have a CIS injection car and have been wondering what the right (if any) additive is to keep it happy. Been running MMO, not sure if that's smart or not, really.

Since this old post by Trav casually mentioned the use of Ronsonol for some reason, I found an MSDS that mentions some detailed components!🤔
Is this a significant find & to further help adding it to pump gas to maybe reap some benefits like Race Gas & if it would favorably change the Specific Gravity much like Race Gas? However, not sure about cost or if Coleman Stove Fuel would be an equivalent substitute?

I found this thread specifically for my ongoing research into the troublesome Bosch CIS K-Jetronic injection & modern pump gas problems effects on this injection & about anything special about Lubro Moly Jectron, & just to see whatever was said about it.
