So does anyone know what's going on? I noticed Walmart isn't selling Levis anymore and neither is orschelns farm and home. Whats going on?

The Levi's at Walmart were cheap low quality ones anyway. My farm n fleet has them. Think it's just the store/companys choice to carry them.

Agreed, granted they have the style I want...

I would blame Wrangler buying shelf space, they are the fram of denim Jeans.

Wouldn't the Wrangler denim actually filter better than the Fram? LOL!

Ever notice the ratio of fram filters to every other brand that Walmart Carries? Fram pays millions for tons of shelfspace. Walmart allows other companies that pony some dough to do the same . Mobil is accused of this, but they are no where near frams dominance of the oil and air filter aisle.

Levi's Jeans fade way too early now vs. several years ago.

Most are now made in Lesotho.

Stopped buying anything from them years ago. A $24 dress leather belt I bought fell apart after about 3 months. The one I purchased as a replacement from "10000 Villages" for $12 is still going after 7 years.

Those of you who live close to a Menards store, try their OLD MILL brand of denim jeans that they sell. It's pre-washed, riveted, heavy denim jeans that have plenty of room in the crotch and leg area. I take a 36" inseam that's hard to find in a lot of the chain stores, but they carry them. I have three pair and they are holding up better than anything.
Currently the everyday price is $12.98, but sometimes discount them.

I bought levi shorts from Target a few years ago. I wore them less than five times and developed a huge hole in them. I got a lemon. but I bought levi's from Macy's and they lasted forever. go figure
