I use orange go jo I like the powdered anco but cant find it anymore.
Permatex Ultra Cherry.
But I have a bar of Lava soap too, I just prefer liquids to bars.

The citrus pumice works well. Go Jo is decent. Also lava soap with borax granules works well. Actually borax with just about any soap works pretty well.
I use orange hand cleaner. Canadian Tire house brand, on sale, is 7$ for a gallon. It works really well.
I don't like GoJo as it has petroleum in it and stinks after like you washed your hands with diesel.
I step into the shower and have the pump bottle of orange hand cleaner on the floor. I wet my hands and arms and pump 6-7 squirts on my hands and rub it up and down my arms and wash my hands with it before I start up the shower.
It is amazing the amount of dirt that comes off your arms. I hate showing up to work the next day and noticing grease on my elbows from the day before, regular bar soap doesn't get it off at all.

ZEP Cherry Bomb, best in the business. AA has it at the commercial desk.

everything that says hand cleaner on the label has worked pretty well for me. I just buy whatever is on sale.

Washing up liquid and a small handful of granulated sugar.
You have to put the sugar first, is better than you may think, a very mild abrasive cleaning action.
Works aswell as the proper stuff and smells better than most of them.

If they are extra dirty I use ATF to get the deep dirt then almost any cleaner I can find. The best I ever had was
Vibra-clean.....haven't been able to find it for years. It must have been too good so the EPA outlawed it.

Orange pumice hand cleaner with equal portions Palmolive dish washing liquid in the bottle, shaken.
I use nitrile gloves and dial hand soap. You guys are loading up your liver with all of those chemicals...

Fels-Naptha. The old formula was the Boss and loaded w/pumice,I think you could've block sanded with it.The new stuff is still good and a bar lasts forever.
