So your Hypothesis is that we as a nation just arrest, convict, and incarcerate more people? Why is that Mark? The fact that our murder rate is many times higher than other countries has no bearing on how many are incarcerated for murder? Has the Government killed many of these people and therefore there should be fewer murders incarcerated? Very interesting..you might be on to something. Call Art Bell.
