latest thoughts on small voice recorders?

I need to purchase a small mini voice recorder - probably from Amazon - probably with the capability to make a CD. Voice quality is desired, music quality is not. Price is flexable - does not have to be the cheapest. Should be low profile (discrete). Thanks.

do you have an android phone? there are free apps available. connect with a bluetooth mic/ headset. then, export off device using windows explorer.

Do you have an iPhone or iPod Touch or iPad? The phones have the built in voice recorder app and its of a very good quality (some podcasters use it for on the spot interviews) and you can either sync it to iTunes or email it to where it needs to go.

Just get any digital voice recorder that has usb so you can transfer it to your computer easily. Sony and Olympus brand seems to be most common. Should be able to find one for less than $50.
