Las Vegas tourism seems to be in deep trouble

The Las Vegas downtrend in tourism is easy to understand. Government not borrowing money from Chinese peasants and the like to give checks to people (money for nothing) just for having a heartbeat. Very easy to blow money that was not earned. There is a reason most wealth is earned by a first generation, and the second generation that inherits the money statically "blows" the inherited money. The supplemental reason is of course hotel/ dining prices more expensive than Wakaki.

I'm getting sick of the en :poop: ification of everything, and paying a $75 resort fee on top of a $65 room is offensive to me.

Vegas was fun when the rooms were cheap because they figured you'd gamble. Now they think they're Disney World.

Except for that eyeball thing, they don't have any new attractions. That failed Grand Prix race last year, where they tried to block "freeloaders" from watching a race from public spaces, also ground my gears.
The ticket prices for F1 are insane. My dad and I attended a CART race in downtown Denver many years ago for $20-$25 per ticket and the pits didn't cost extra. This year F1 has "reduced " ticket prices but you're still looking at $600ish for terrible seats with no view to start. Pit passes are over a $1000 I think.

I agree, I wouldnt want to go there, too expensive. Im shocked from when I was there 20 years ago.

With that said, at the 15 minute mark for anyone who cared to watch the video. The place is still packed. Also to confirm this, many regulars who visit do not notice much difference from years past.
Maybe some less. Also forget the attention getting first minutes up until midway through> multiple times, it's mentioned being very busy.
"Packed"

Doesnt anyone watch these videos through? *LOL*
It starts off on the most quiet time of the week.
