Anyone had those "heirloom" type tomatos, like the Gross Lizzies etc ?

They are large, sweet, delicate things, with a maze like internal structure.

Incredibly nice fruit compared to the hard, green commercial junk.

We have green (these are supposed to be green), purple, red, yellow, etc heirloom tomatoes. They are a tad pricey...

served on hot multigrain toast, with just enough scattered tomato sauce to have the occasional tomato bite.
